Student blog is “feelin’ the cuts”
Students participating in the University Community Collaborative of Philadelphia program have created a blog to share their concern over recent city budget cuts.
Saying their blog portrays “the real impact of the Philadelphia budget cuts on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” the site features videos and interviews of attendees at the community meetings the Mayor has been holding to explain the funding decisions.
