Big Picture Philadelphia (BPP) challenges systemic inequities in education by providing transformative learning experiences at two public high schools in North Philadelphia — El Centro de Estudiantes (El Centro) and Vaux Big Picture High School (Vaux). Position Description

Under the supervision of Big Picture Philadelphia’s Executive Director, and working alongside key members of the BPP team, the Student Experience Coordinator curates students’ end to end journey from enrollment to graduation and beyond. They provide individualized administrative support and coordination of activities that are essential to the student experience at BPP. This individual is adept at using a caseload management approach to ensure that students are recognized and appropriately supported. They are equally as comfortable with generating excitement and interest by leading recruitment initiatives for a variety of student opportunities at BPP, including summer workforce programming. Finally, the Student Experience Coordinator partners with Post-Secondary personnel across both schools to support successful bridging efforts pertaining to workforce entry and employment goals.
