Student Engagement in the STEM Classroom: Energizing Teachers, Boosting Student Learning
Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (EDT)
During this exciting day STEM teachers will be exploring concepts in their discipline that they can turn around and teach during April and May! Each workshop will highlight at least one engagement strategy which teachers will then be asked to include in a lesson of their own design. Excellent presenters + excellent networking + excellent food + fun will all add up to energizing you for the rest of the school year and boosting student achievement in your classroom!
Breakfast is served at 8:00 am during registration. Act 48 provided! Prizes too!
