Student Engagement Coordinator (Remote), Campus Compact
Posted by Campus Compact on October 3, 2023
Campus Compact is a national coalition of colleges and universities committed to the public purposes of higher education. As the only national higher education association dedicated solely to higher education civic and community engagement, Campus Compact enables higher education institutions to develop students’ citizenship skills and forge effective community partnerships. Our resources support senior administrators, faculty, staff, and students as they pursue community-based teaching, scholarship, and action in the service of positive change and creating just and equitable communities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Engagement Coordinator to support, develop and coordinate programs and initiatives focused on engaging students in civic leadership development.
Under the direct supervision of the Student Engagement Manager, the Coordinator plays a critical role in the ideation, development, and implementation of student-facing activities, projects, and initiatives—including the centering of student voice. As one of two key points of contact for the Newman Civic Fellows program, the coordinator works with the Student Engagement manager to ensure all aspects of the fellows’ program are executed effectively. This position is about making things happen and making a difference in the lives of college students across the country. This is a great opportunity for leadership and professional growth and is a critical role for Campus Compact in a time of rapid expansion.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
