Stronger Together: Leadership Skills for Uncertain Times – Jan 22 & 29
Posted by Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations on January 13, 2026
Today’s nonprofit leaders are navigating unprecedented challenges—from shifting funding landscapes to multigenerational teams facing uncertainty and change. This two-part workshop series equips leaders with practical skills to strengthen their organizations from the inside out.
In Workshop 1 – The Funding Landscape: Finding Your Way to Government and Foundation Support (January 22 – 10 AM – 3 PM), we’ll explore strategies for diversifying your funding base across government, foundation, and corporate sources—helping you build a more resilient revenue mix.
In Workshop 2 – Talking Through Turbulence: Team Communication When the Ground Shifts (January 29 – 10 AM – 3 PM), we’ll turn inward to focus on team dynamics, exploring how leaders can communicate effectively across generational differences, guide teams through periods of uncertainty, and build the interpersonal skills that are the foundation of strong organizations.
Whether you’re leading a community development corporation or another mission-driven organization, you’ll leave this series with actionable tools, new connections, and greater confidence to lead through complexity.
Location: CIC (uCity Square), 3675 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA
