PWD Offers Stormwater Funding, Rain Barrel Workshop
The Philadelphia Water Department is currently offering a variety of programs to assist property owners who desire to build green stormwater infrastructure to manage private property runoff. Non-residential customers, Business Improvement Districts, Neighborhood Improvement Districts, and Special Services Districts are eligible for the Stormwater Management Incentives Program (SMIP).
