STEM WORKSHOP FOR OST STAFF SERVING GRADES K-8
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) content represents a large part of the workforce, domestic and abroad. Ensuring that students are prepared for work in these fields means supporting them through hands-on learning opportunities that are age-appropriate and inquiry-based.
This workshop is free, and will: provide participants with an overview of effective STEM instruction; help OST staff adjust their summer programming to better support STEM activities; and allow them to share ideas for implementation.
Date/Time: Tuesday, May 3, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
