The Philadelphia Education Fund (Ed Fund) is delighted to begin a new season of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) professional development. This year we will offer two types of monthly PD activities:
STEM Teacher Forums. Similar to past years of Math and Science Teacher Forums, these afternoon/evening sessions will feature a light dinner, individual STEM workshops, and professional networking. These free sessions are geared toward classroom teachers, although anyone can attend. The first Forum will be from 4:30 – 7 PM on Tuesday, October 25. Register HERE.

STEM Networking Meetings. The Ed Fund is pleased to present a series of STEM Networking Meetings. These free sessions will feature a light breakfast, informal networking, and topical panel discussions. The Networking meetings will focus on informal STEM education, but everyone is welcome to participate. The first Networking Meeting will be from 9:30-11:30 AM on Wednesday, October 26. Register HERE.

Details:
All PD events will take place in the United Way Building Lobby, at 1709 Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Reduced-rate parking will be available. Specific Forum and Networking Meeting topics and presenters have not been confirmed. We will announce these as soon as possible. Preregistration for both events is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be admitted if room is available.
