Following this program, you will be able to:
- Explore H1-B visa challenges faced by higher education and employers;
- Identify/share strategies and solutions for working within current job market dynamics;
- Review STEM recruiting trends and brainstorm/share student career development and candidate talent acquisition strategies; and
- Review STEM student survey results and discuss implications for higher education and industry.
