STEM Project Manager

The Philadelphia Education Funds seeks a fulltime STEM Project Manager to address the primary objectives of the McKinney Center: to bolster the academic achievement of K-12 students; to encourage students to pursue careers in STEM; to cultivate STEM-literate citizens; and to connect STEM education to environmental responsibility. To this end, the STEM Project Manager will oversee and assist with a diverse portfolio of STEM education programs, projects, and initiatives. This individual will design and deliver robust teacher training, and craft engaging lesson plans for in-school and out-of-school learning. The STEM Project Manager will also interface with and develop crucial relationships with teachers, students, parents, community members, business partners, government officials, program administrators, and funders. Lastly, the STEM Project Manager will contribute to the McKinney Centers empirical research base by designing, implementing, summarizing, and reporting on quantitative and qualitative evaluation activities.
