Session Description:
The Finance Project (TFP) is coming to Philadelphia! If you are exploring organizational sustainability join us for this one day training. Finance Project trainers will introduce leaders of community based organizations (CBO) to the theory, conceptual framework and comprehensive process for developing a sustainability plan. Participants in this workshop will receive a Sustainability Planning Workbook free of charge ($130 value) as well as ongoing access to a Finance Project coach.
The TFP staff team will introduce workshop/training participants to an array of financing strategies and funding sources that may help them meet their short-and long term strategic goals for sustainability planning. TFP staff will provide CBO leaders with information on how to implement alternative strategies and how to successfully pursue funding opportunities presented by public and private sector funding sources and programs. All participants will leave the training with the knowledge and information necessary to determine whether their organizations are ready for comprehensive sustainability planning, what it will entail and how it will benefit them.
This workshop is geared toward organizational decision makers. Both large and small organizations can benefit from the tools and expertise that TFP will provide.
