America’s Youngest Outcasts: State Report Card on Child Homelessness, published by the National Center on Family Homelessness, provides state-by-state rankings of the extent of child homelessness, child well-being, structural risk factors, and policy and planning efforts, as well as analyses of the effects of homelessness on health and education and recommendations for policy.
