YIP schedules two weeks of events on city’s future
Young Involved Philadelphia will present its annual two-week event series to engage, connect, and represent those with innovative approaches for building a better future for Philadelphia beginning on October 3rd.
This year’s series is organized under the theme, Building Our Future. The series will lead to several concrete outcomes including a survey that documents participants’ perceptions of the City, a set of actionable recommendations, and an online blog so the conversation around putting these ideas into action can continue throughout the course of the year.
State of Young Philly is organized by Young Involved Philadelphia and supported by more than 30 organizations throughout the region. Over 1,000 young professionals, elected city officials and organizational leaders are expected to participate in the two-week series.
