Description:
In this position you will be responsible for the following duties:

– Oversee the EARN System and ensure compliance with funding source requirements.
– Participate in formulating and administering departmental goals and objectives as it relates to the EARN System.
– Review analyses of activities, operations and forecast data to determine division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
– Develop strategies to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the EARN System.
– Design and implement program evaluation measures, in collaboration with division research staff, for use in ongoing program planning and design.
– Work with division leadership to develop and implement program enhancements, analyze and implement workforce plans and lead organizational restructuring initiatives in light of program needs.
– Consult with EARN providers to identify needs, concerns and problems; establish systems to deliver effective technical assistance, monitoring and program improvement.
– Evaluate performance management report to analyze provider performance.
– Make recommendations to Sr. Vice President. Oversee staff to ensure the department assists in building capacity and improving performance among EARN Centers by developing curriculum and providing training on a variety of topics and helping to standardize components of operations.
– Advise, consult and coordinate with internal divisions, to address any issues related to TWD’s EARN System.

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) from an accredited college or university in Human Services, Social Work, Organizational Development or other related area with at least 5-7 years experience in Human Services and at least 5 years experience in management role. Knowledge of social services program and funding sources compliance; experience with program design and implementation; and the ability to interact effectively with various levels of management, government officials and the public are needed.
