Spring Semester Intern, Diamond & Associates

Diamond & Associates, a real estate advisory firm specializing in affordable housing and community development, is seeking an intern for the spring semester. The intern would gain an in-depth understanding of the Philadelphia community development environment as well as the funding mechanisms used to produce affordable housing. Duties include: write and package client responses to requests for proposals, grant applications, and finance agency applications. Research new affordable housing finance initiatives. Assist in project finance development consulting. Must have strong writing, analytical, and communcation skills.
