Spring 2025: Volunteer K-8 Tutors Needed
Posted by University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education on November 26, 2024
The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education’s (GSE) Office of School & Community Engagement is seeking tutors to work with students in grades K-8 this spring. The Penn GSE Tutoring Initiative supports students at Andrew Hamilton School and Henry C. Lea School in math and literacy. We are recruiting a corps of tutors, to begin in late January. Tutors do not need previous experience; we will provide all training, as well as ongoing tutor support and coaching
Check out our program flyer. If interested in participating or learning more, fill out this interest form. Interested students are welcome to be directly in touch with Julie Berger, Associate Director of Penn GSE’s Office of School & Community Engagement at juliebe@upenn.edu. Work Study positions available; some students use this program to meet the fieldwork requirements of various GSE programs.
