Just a quick note to let ya?all know that we have archived quite a few news items about organics, food security, GMOs, etc., in Spanish at: http://www.organicconsumers.org/espanol
We are currently compiling our clearinghouse of popular education materials and other organizing tools in Spanish and hope to have them available soon.
