Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative’s 5th Annual Afterschool Idol Talent Show

Doors open at 6pm, performances begin at 7pm

The Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative will be hosting their 5th Annual Afterschool Idol Talent Show at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts Perelman Theatre located at 300 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102. The Afterschool Idol Talent Show is a part of the National Lights On Afterschool celebration of programming that keeps youth safe and engaged across the nation.
The Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative is composed of a network of organizations that serve youth between the ages of 12 and 18 in Southeast Philadelphia including the Cambodian Association of Greater Philadelphia, Caring People Alliance, Fleisher Art Memorial, Pennsylvania Migrant Education, Sunrise of Philadelphia, United Communities of Southeast Philadelphia and Variety- The Children’s Charity. This year’s talent show will feature youth from these agencies and others from all over Philadelphia. For the first time ever, the event will also feature a juried art exhibit in the Kimmel Center Lobby.
