The National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) and Arcadia’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are collaborating for Poetry Month to present a wine reception, entertainment by the fabulous Sherry Butler, vendors, the premier screening of – “Song of a Soul Sistah”: We Sing a Black Girl’s Song: A Philly Film Tribute to Ntozake Shange, and a post screening panel/talkback moderated by WURD’s Tiffany Bacon with the women from the film.
All of this for $20.
Seating is limited and NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR!
