SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION SOCIETY ANNUAL CONFERENCE
July 24 thru 28, 2004
St. Paul, Minnesota
This annual conference brings together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers at all levels of government, along with a broad cross-section of other interest groups, to explore current issues in natural resource management and planning. The theme for the annual conference, “Headwaters of Conservation”, will unfold in the plenary and concurrent sessions as well as in the technical tours. The program will focus on four areas: Soil and Environmental Quality; Agricultural Management and Environmental Quality; Assessing the Effectiveness of Conservation and Environmental Programs; and Geo-spatial Technology for Conservation – Soil, Water, and Land.
