Johnson & Johnson/Society for the Arts in Healthcare Grant Funds Available for Arts in Healthcare Programs

Johnson & Johnson, working in partnership with the Society for the Arts in Healthcare, seeks to promote the use of the arts to enhance the healthcare experience for patients, their families, and caregivers.
From 2001 to 2009, the partners have provided grants to 117 programs in the United States and Canada representing leading models and initiatives in high quality healthcare through the use of arts. Proposals are now being sought from healthcare and/or arts organizations that have established arts in healthcare programs with evidence of initial impact.
To be eligible for consideration, grant applicants must be a current member of Society for the Arts in Healthcare, located in the U.S. or Canada (partners may be international), and a nonprofit organization or a governmental agency (state or local, including education or institutions).
Johnson & Johnson/Society for the Arts in Healthcare grants are for a total of $60,000 each over a period of three years.
