UAC opens new capacity initiative
The Urban Affairs Coalition is launching a new initiative, Coalition U, to help nonprofit organizations strengthen their infrastructure, build capacity, and maximize community impact.
Coalition U offers a variety of capacity building seminars and workshops focused on improving overall organizational growth and development in order to make effective change in the communities they serve.
On Friday, January 31st, Coalition U will kick off with a dynamic workshop on Social Media Best Practices. The workshop will include an interactive panel and discussion lead by Loraine Ballard Morrill, Community Affairs Director at Clear Channel. Attendees will learn how to engage their audiences and maximize their reach through social media.
Registration costs $20. A complimentary lunch will be served.
