IF MARKET PitchSlam – Nov. 7
Posted by Social Innovations Journal on November 6, 2018
Date and Time: November 7, 2018, 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Location: IBX Center, 1700 Market Street, Phila. PA 19103
Join us for the IF MARKET PitchSlam. PitchSlam is more than a competition. It’s an invitation to share five minutes of your social venture in a room full of people who want to change the world and appreciate those who achieve SOCIAL IMPACT. Combining a pitch event with a StorySlam, we encourage social ventures to take creative approaches to tell their story and communicate their potential for impact.
Social Venture entrepreneurs take to the stage to tell their story, present their innovative model and social impact, and tell the audience what financial support they need to launch and/or scale. Audience Members vote and winners get a $100 prize. Come and learn how to create a profile for your own social venture on the IF Market Platform, lend an ear, and/or share an experience.
PitchSlam Social Ventures will be covering topics such as Urban Revitalization, Homelessness, Healthy Food Access, Combating Poverty, Connecting the Nonprofit Community and other critical issues facing the Philadelphia region.
Audience Members Vote and Winners get $100 prize.
