A symposium on the Social Determinants of Infant Mortality: Partnerships, Innovations, and Community Engagement for Solutions is planned for April 13, sponsored by Child’s World America in partnership with St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, The Division of Maternal, Child, and Family Health at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, and Drexel College of Nursing and Health Professions.
Key speakers include Dr. Michael Lu, previous Director of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Dr. Roy Hoffman, Medical Director of Philadelphia’s Child Fatality Review Program
