Small Games of Chance and Other Fundraising Legal Requirements Workshop
Want to host a regular BINGO night to raise money for your organization? Maybe have a Casino Night as your organization’s annual fundraising gala?
Join Don Kramer, Esq., Of Counsel – Montgomery McCracken & Nonprofit Issues Editor and Tish Mogan, Standards for Excellence Director, PANO to learn about eligibility for Small Games of Chance, licensing, prize limits, reporting and use of funds. They will also cover federal and state requirements for fundraising solicitations and acknowledgements.
Bring a copy of a recent fundraising solicitation and an acknowledgement and maximize the benefit of the program! Participants will receive Disclose It, a Standards for Excellence® Educational Resource covering state and federal fundraising requirements and best practices for ethical fundraising.
