What are the Pennsylvania laws on small games of chance? Do you understand the requirements that need to be filled to conduct a small game of chance?
Join Tish and Don to learn about eligibility for Small Games of Chance, licensing, prize limits, reporting and use of funds. They will also cover federal and state requirements for fundraising solicitations and acknowledgements.
Be sure to bring a copy of a recent fundraising solicitation and an acknowledgement and maximize the benefit of the program! Participants will receive Disclose It, a Standards for Excellence® Educational Resource covering state and federal fundraising requirements and best practices for ethical fundraising.
