Small Business Development in Latino communities

NALCAB, The National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders announces the availability of $480,000 in grants for nonprofit organizations who serve Latino and immigrant communities and small business development programs.
Proposals must be submitted no later than November 28, 2012.
