Site Coordinator – Youth Inclusion Initiatives (Full-Time, Temporary), Rutgers Camden

The site coordinator for the Youth Inclusion Initiatives will be responsible for 1) Recruitment and retention of program participants; 2) Serving as the liaison with the NJ DEP, ensuring all program requirements are met; 3) Securing spaces on campus and within the community for participant activities, if needed; 4) Administrative oversight – managing student records, transportation, purchasing supplies and materials, processing stipends and assisting students with any obstacles and barriers that may impact participation; 5) Supervision of program participants and monitoring participant activities; 6) Connecting with Camden city businesses, community-based organizations, and stakeholders to develop Camden city specific programming throughout the program and work with NJ DEP to design and implement a professional job training program; 7) Overseeing evaluation and provide formal feedback to NJ DEP; 8) Assist participants with end-of-summer showcase.
