Lutheran Children and Family Service (LCFS) is a non-profit human services organization dedicated to protecting and empowering vulnerable children, youth, and families throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Working in close partnership with faith-based and nonsectarian community organizations throughout the region, LCFS serves its constituents through a diverse range of culturally sensitive ministries of care, nurturing, advocacy, and counseling. Lutheran Children and Family Services in Southeast Pennsylvania seek energetic, compassionate mentors to serve as after-school program group leaders and assistant group leaders. Under the supervision of Site Coordinators, group leaders and assistant group leaders are responsible for engaging children from all across PA in strengths-based programming that provides the supports necessary for each child to succeed.

BOOST– Best Out of School Time – offers an array of fantastic programs to children and teens.

Responsible for coordinating day to day activities of an after school program at a particular site. These responsibilities include curriculum development and implementation, oversight of daily activities, data input (when necessary), supervision of group leaders, and internal/external marketing of the program.

CURRENT OPENING AT BRYANT ELEMENTARY/ MIDDLE SCHOOL.

AA Degree in related field required

Two years working with youth in a school or community setting.

Experience implementing educational curriculum and developing lesson plans
