Lutheran Children and Family Service (LCFS) in Southeast Pennsylvania seeks energetic, compassionate and highly motivated individual to serve as a Site Coordinator for one of the BOOST after-school programs. Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, Site Coordinator would be responsible for creating daily lesson plans and age-appropriate curriculum, recruiting youth, building positive relationships with school and parents, and supervising staff. Site Coordinator is responsible for engaging children from the Philadelphia area in strengths-based programming that provides the supports necessary for each child to succeed.
LCFS is a non-profit human services organization dedicated to protecting and empowering vulnerable children, youth, and families throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. LCFS is fully accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Children and Family Services (COA) and is a member of the Child Welfare League of America. Energetic, enthusiastic persons who enjoy children are required.
Experience working with children required.
Must be able to obtain criminal and child abuse clearances.
