Single Stop Final Impact and Implementation Report, College Initiative
Posted by Metis Associates on May 21, 2019
Getting a college degree is more important than ever in order to achieve success in the workplace. However, large proportions of students drop out of college every year for financial reasons. Single Stop USA’s college initiative aims to address these issues by providing students with screening for and access to a wide range of resources, including government benefits and free legal, financial, and tax preparation services, all in one location. Metis conducted a rigorous research study on the impact of this program on Community College of Philadelphia students’ college achievement, persistence, and graduation. Click here for the results of this exciting study and contact Susanne Harnett to hear more about this work.
