Richman to speak at Temple social work school
The Temple University College of Health Professions and Social Work will sponsor a talk by former state welfare secretary Estelle Richman on February 14th from 11am to 1pm, at Kiva Auditorium at the Ritter Annex, 1301 Cecil B. Moore Avenue in Philadelphia.
Richman will address the Shifts and Trends in Social Policy and Services: What’s New, What’s Old, What’s Recycled. An expert panel will respond to Ms. Richman’s address.
