KIDS Consortium, in collaboration with the Peace Corps Fellows Program at Columbia University’s Teachers College, is offering a highly interactive and engaging Institute that prepares K-12 educators to implement service-learning – a hands-on, student-centered teaching strategy that challenges young people to work with community partners, applying academic knowledge and skills to solve real problems and needs.
