Series for Executive Directors of Social Change Groups

After a brief hiatus in the Fall, we are excited to announce the revival of our New Executive Directors Group in 2007! Based on feedback from many of you last year, we are structuring the monthly sessions a bit differently. We will continue to start with check-in time for directors, and we will bring more resources to add to the discussion topics. We also hope to invite guests and speakers to make brief presentations on issues such as balancing personal life with work, alternative leadership structures, and organizational development.
As always, the discussion topics and the monthly schedule will be chosen by you. I hope you will join us for a reception to meet other executive directors of social justice organizations and to plan the Spring schedule.
