Senior Project Manager, Habitat for Humanity – Apr 1
Posted by Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia on March 15, 2022
At Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia (“HFHP”), we are builders who work alongside, not for, others. We are driven by accountability and defined by our stick-to-itiveness. Habitat’s Build Department repairs renovations and provides health-focused interventions on owner-occupied homes with the overall goal of keeping homes safe, warm, and dry.
Reporting to the Director of Construction Operations, the Senior Project Manager-Repair (Sr.PM-Repair) oversees a spectrum of repair projects and programming, which range in depth, cost, and complexity. Overseeing Project Management staff, the Sr. PM-Repair is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality, high-impact repair services, while maintaining production and budgetary goals. The Sr. PM-Repair will be a results-oriented, highly organized individual and strong team player who will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Construction Operations and BUILD department staff.
The ideal candidate will: have a combination of program administration experience, residential construction knowledge, and staff management experience; be comfortable balancing priorities and finding pragmatic solutions; have a successful track record managing complex projects and programs.
