MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Three or more years of experience in accounting and finance in progressively responsible positions along with spreadsheet database software, endowment and grant reporting experience. Excellent problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and communication skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains grant reporting, tracking, and payment requests.
Maintains investment and endowment schedules including reconciling statements monthly and calculating annual spending rate.
Maintains fixed assets and capital in progress detail and systems
Complete account reconciliations and analysis
Prepare monthly/yearly journal entries including analyzing information received.
Prepares schedules for Form 990 reporting and indirect cost submissions.
Other duties as assigned.
