State funding supports delinquent girls
The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency is offering funding to support the reintegration of adolescent girls returning to the community after having been placed in delinquent facilities.
The goal of the project is to provide therapeutic treatment to girls who have experienced trauma.
