November 19-21, 2003: The Second Annual Symposium on Educator Dispositions: The Effective Teacher as an Effective Person Identifying, Developing, and Nurturing the Dispositions to Teach in Richmond, Kentucky at Eastern Kentucky University. A symposium for teacher educators and subject matter specialists to address the issues of identifying, developing, nurturing, and evaluating the dispositions to teach among pre-service teacher education candidates and practicing educators & the impact of those dispositions upon P-12 student achievement. Sponsored by the Center for the Renewal of Schools and the Education Professions and the College of Education, Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, KY.
