Documentary underscores effects of violence
Mothers In Charge will present the debut of the documentary Stop the Violence: A Message to our Youth on Friday, December 5th. The documentary shares the testimony of several Mothers In Charge members who have lost children to violence and features interviews with young men incarcerated for violent crimes.
The free event will take place at 5:30 pm at the Freedom Theatre, 1346 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia. Seats are limited. To make a reservation, email [email protected] or call 215- 235-SAVE (7283).
