Scratch Virtual Conference 2024: Create Your Own Adventure! – Jul 24
Posted by Scratch Foundation on June 4, 2024
This free virtual event invites educators to create, share, and learn from global creative learning experts. Explore topics like Scratch and AI, physical computing, creative computing in early childhood, and more! Whether you’re a seasoned Scratch expert or a creative coding beginner, there’s so much to explore at the Scratch Conference.
Participate in a day of imagining, creating, and sharing with educators from around the world. Watch livestream sessions, explore project ideas, and share stories with others. Scroll down to “Highlighted Sessions” to learn more about just a few of the panels, workshops, and Ignite Talks you can expect from the event. This year, we’re looking forward to sessions by CSforALL, Makey Makey, the DevTech Research Group, the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at MIT, and many other international organizations and educational institutions.
Our virtual platform will allow you to interact and participate with presenters and conference participants in a variety of ways. We encourage attendees to use the platform tools to share ideas, examples, and projects highlighting how you and your learners have been using Scratch and ScratchJr to create, connect, and learn. Make sure to check out the Expo for this year’s “Spotlight Sessions”, a wide range of creative coding initiatives, ideas, and inspiration from around the world.
