Scaling Your Scholarship and College Success Programs

Learn about East Bay College Fund’s journey from “living room” organization to lead agency for the citywide Oakland Promise, which was launched in January of 2016 in partnership with Oakland Unified School District and the Oakland Mayor’s Office. Presenters will explain in depth their core scaling practices including strategic partnerships, expanded technology, integrated service partnerships with colleges, and the cascading leadership models that utilize upperclassmen and mentor leaders to work with small groups and maintain personal relationships.
