SBN’s Rebuilding Series: Nurturing an Equitable Workplace Culture – Nov 11

We invite you to Session One in the Sustainable Business Network’s (SBN) Rebuilding with Equity and Climate Resilience series, Nurturing an Equitable Workplace Culture on Wednesday, November 11 at 9 am.
This immersive workshop examines practices and strategies for nurturing an equitable work environment. Attending leaders and business owners will walk away with tools for building and sustaining psychologically safe, equitable work cultures to apply on the personal, group, and organizational levels.
Business owners will also engage in breakout rooms for peer discussion on their current workplace culture, goals to improve upon it, and the support they need in doing so.
