Save the Date and Call for Submissions: 2026 Spring Institute (Adult Education) – Apr 6
Posted by Adult Education Philadelphia on March 24, 2026
Join us on Thursday, May 14th, 2026 at the Free Library Parkway Central, 4th Floor, for the Spring Institute – a gathering of adult educators, learners, community partners, and policymakers – to explore the power of COMMUNITY & COLLABORATION in adult education! This year’s theme celebrates how we strengthen our work together: professional networks that elevate our practice, data-sharing to inform group decision-making, volunteers who extend our reach, and partnerships that multiply our impact. From ESOL and ABE to HSE prep and digital skills, adult education thrives when we work as a community.
We’re seeking proposals for 70-minute sessions that showcase collaborative practices in action. Share your insights on data-driven collaboration, staff development communities of practice, or sustainable partnership or funding models. Presentations, workshops, panels, poster sessions, and more are welcome! Successful sessions receive a $300 stipend.
Submit your proposal by EOD Monday, April 6th, 2026. Here are the form’s questions if you’d like to review prior to submission. Review our scoring rubric at here.
