SAC Academy Workshop – Turning Your Vision Into Action: Improving School Climate & Culture: Would you like to help make your school safer? Are you interested in creating a positive, healthy school environment for children to learn in? Come to our next SAC Academy Workshop, Turning Your Vision Into Action: Improving School Climate & Culture!
The School District of Philadelphia’s Office of Family and Community Engagement is hosting a SAC Academy Workshop on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the District’s Education Center, 440 North Broad Street. Sessions are offered in both the morning and the evening: join us from 10:00am-12:00pm OR from 5:00pm-7:00pm. We’ll have refreshments too! You’ll learn how to support social emotional learning, ways to support exercise and wellness, and strategies for making your school safer.

The workshop is for School Advisory Council members as well as the general public—everyone is welcome! (Please note: This workshop is geared toward District-run public school SAC members.)
