Rootscamp conference for organizers
Posted by on July 23, 2012
Rootscamp is an annual “unconference” in Washington D.C. put on by the New Organizing Institute. The institute convenes organizers from across the country to collaborate, learn about each others work, and share new ideas.
It’s a great space to build skills–especially around online organizing–and meet folks from around the country who are doing great community organizing work.
The gathering is designed around the idea that everyone has something to contribute. Rather than listening to experts speak, you will have the opportunity to build knowledge together with other organizers.
Register now for this year’s RootsCamp from Friday, November 30 to Saturday, December 1 in Washington DC.
