Workshop offers nonprofit roadmap to fiscal health
Picture This: A Roadmap to Financial Health Using Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards, a workshop sponsored by the Bucks County Center for Nonprofit Management, will take place on Tuesday, May 10th from 12:45-4:00 pm in Doylestown.
Nonprofit financial health can be tied to many factors and involves not just figures from the financial statement but also service data. It can be difficult for organizations to identify which key factors are the best indicators of performance. This session will assist participants in identifying three-five key performance indicators that will best assist them in evaluating their organization’s financial health.
Led by Cindy Bergvall, CPA of Bee, Bergvall & Co., the workshop will be held at the PA Center for Biotechnology, 3805 Old Easton Rd. in Doylestown. The cost is $35 (Board members attend free with paying staff) and scholarships are available.
