RFP for City-wide Computer Refurbishing and Tech Support Program – Sep 16

The City of Philadelphia has formally announced a Request for Proposals from OIT’s Digital Literacy Alliance to support a City-wide Computer Refurbishing and Tech Support program!
The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Innovation and Technology (“OIT”) and the Mayor’s Fund for Philadelphia (the “Fund”) seek an entity to coordinate a city-wide computer recycling, refurbishing and community tech support effort. The goal of this effort is to create a sustainable model for providing free and low-cost devices and city-wide technical support to residents in need to extend the lifespan of residents’ devices.
Questions about this RFP should be submitted to [email protected] by August 15, 2022.
Deadline to submit a proposal is September 16th, 2022.
