RFP for adult education at Community Schools

This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals for performance of the following services under a Miscellaneous Purchase Order (MPO) issued by the Office of Adult Education (OAE) within the Managing Director’s Office (MDO): To establish at least (3) separate contracts, the purpose of providing at least one and up to three high-quality Adult Basic Education (ABE), Adult Secondary Education (ASE) and English as a Second Language (ESL) courses at each of the 12 City of Philadelphia Community Schools. Services at the Community Schools will be split up between the three contractors, who will together provide all ABE, ASE, and ESL services at the 12 schools. This will be a pilot program for the current fiscal year.
