Review the book "Forging Radical Alliances Across Difference"

About 6 months ago I posted a message asking people to participate in a symposium for the journal I edit, on a book edited by Jill Bystydzienski and Steve Schacht entitled "Forging Radical Alliances Across Difference." We got a few people who volunteered, but the publisher never sent the books. I finally got the editors to get the publishers to send me the books, but I no longer have the list of folks who volunteered. So, I was wondering if you could post this message as an apology to those who already said they wanted to contribute but never received books. then, I would like to request that people who wanted to do this contact me again so I can send books to them and that new people who are interested should also contact me as we might need some new reviewers as well.
