Return on Investment: Workforce Partnership Training

JOIN publishes research supporting workforce partnerships
The Job Opportunity Investment Network, a public/private workforce partnership co-founded by United Way, has published independent research that highlights the value employers, workers and community members receive by participating in workforce partnerships.
With business return on investment between 400-470% over five years, the research shows how these collaborative approaches to job training net big returns for our regional employers. As Frank Cettina, VP of Operations at Computer Components, a Philadelphia based manufacturer, put it at JOIN’s launch event last week, “I don’t think of my fellow manufacturers as competitors, but as teammates.”
